Original BH specimen of the Dayton Peace Agreement has been found this summer in the Archive of the Presidency of BiH, finds Klix.ba from its source in the Presidency of BiH. Therefore, it stays inconclusive what kind of specimen was found by the members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RS in Pale in the house of arrested Željko Kuntoš. Is found document falsification or actual specimen of the agreement lost by state of Serbia?
As we found out, the specimen of the Dayton Peace Agreement that was lost in 2008 in the trays of the archive was actually found last summer and is currently in the safe of the Presidency of BiH.
It remains unclear on what grounds the Ministry of Interior Affairs of Republic of Srpska has concluded that Željko Kuntoš from Pale had the original specimen of Dayton Peace Agreement. There is possibility that entity police found at Kuntoš’s house the Serbian specimen of the Dayton Peace Agreement.
We rimind you, police of the Mministry of Inteior Affairs of RS has submitted report against Željko Kuntoš (48) from Pale who has been hiding the specimen of the Dayton Peace Agreement in English language and offered to sell it for 100 000 KM in order to acquire unlawful material gain.
The story on disappearance of BH specimen of Dayton Peace Agreement was actualized in 2008 when former member of the Presidency of BiH Željko Komšić established that there is no original document of the international agreement in the archive.
The Persecution of BiH has conducted a sloppy investigation on this matter having in mind that the original specimen of the international agreement has been found in the Archive of the Presidency of BiH.
It remains unclear why the Presidency of BiH has not publicly announced that the original Specimen of the Dayton Peace Agreement has been found.
